Spring in the Park Gala - FECA - Benefit Dinner will be on Tuesday - May 25th - Save the date

FECA, The Foundation for Educating Children with Autism, provides support to the Devereux Millwood Learning Center, my son's school. During the last year, FECA contributed $150,000 to Devereux for a number of projects; including lobby furniture, Honda Odyssey Vans and computers and printers to name just a few. FECA is able to provide this support because of its significant fundraising efforts, specifically, the Spring and Fall Benefits.
In our 15th consecutive year we plan to host our annual Cocktail Party fundraiser at the Bryant Park Grill in Manhattan. This year, w have chosen, May 25th and will host an open bar, Silent Auction, raffle and dinner by the bite, which is significantly more than passed hors d’oeuvres. Additionally, we raise a significant amount of funds from our sponsors who help support the event.

I will very soon sell raffle tickets if you want to participate to this cause. There are very attractive prizes for the raffle.

If you want to sponsor, or provide an item for the Silent Auction, you are very welcome! If you want an invitation to the Dinner, please let me know, too!

If this is the first time you hear about my fundraiser, this benefit the Devereux Millwood Learning Center, where my son Joseph attends since 2000 (click to see his cute face with one of the teachers two years ago).

The best ones who speak about autism and DMLC's school are the siblings of our students there. Listen and see for yourselves (15 minutes video).

Times are difficult for everyone, major fundings have decreased dramatically, I'd like to show that solidarity is changing its ways, let's keep on passing the call to everyone, if the big donors can't do it, the small donations will make a difference, and we can prove it, one at a time.
